The sample consists of 192 students attending 5th and 6th grades, 129 guardians and a group of 6 teachers. Each group answered a questionnaire survey and it was carried out a discussion group of students and an interview with teachers. In this research it was used a mixed methodology, using an extensive collection of information on the problem, documents" analysis, using quantitative (questionnaires) and qualitative (interviews) instruments, looking forward to cross and deepen information. This study contributes to a more specific knowledge about the main activities carried out by these children, on the Internet, as well as how their guardians monitor and control these activities and give us to know their main concerns and how their teachers deal with the computer and the Internet.
