Abstract

Digital transformation in healthcare has become a critical strategy for improving patient care, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring long-term sustainability. This paper presents an integrated framework for implementing a sustainable digital transformation strategy in primary healthcare centers. A comprehensive literature review and descriptive methodology identifies critical elements of successful digital transformation initiatives, including leadership commitment, stakeholder engagement, technology infrastructure, data management, and continuous improvement. The proposed framework offers a structured approach to guide primary healthcare centers in navigating the complexities of digital transformation while ensuring sustainable outcomes.
