Abstract

Cloud computing has become a critical infrastructure for modern businesses and individuals, offering scalable, on-demand access to computing resources and services. However, as the reliance on cloud services increases, ensuring their reliability remains a significant 
challenge, particularly in environments with limited bandwidth or unstable network conditions. One of the key factors affecting cloud service reliability is the efficiency especially in of data situations transmission, where low throughput is a constraint.
