Abstract

The aim of the study is to try to identify whether organizational communication patterns and techniques have a role in achieving outstanding performance in the sports institution and whether the obstacles that limit the efficiency of organizational communication negatively affect performance in the sports institution. In order to reach the aim of the study, we used a questionnaire directed to the managers of the directorate.
