Transformational leadership. Management teams in education center high school performance
The purpose of this study is to examine the organizational behavior in the management of primary and secondary schools who have obtained good results in the learning of their students. Measuring psychometric with the multifactor leadership questionnaire (MLQ-5x) was determined through a review of the literature. The research included a quantitative descriptive methodology, relations were tested on a sample of 562 teachers of thirty schools in the VI, and VII Counties in Chile, with ownership shared and agreed. The results indicate that there is a significant relationship between transformational leadership, as a predictor of school improvement.
