Analysis of training needs in heads of the Yucatan State secondary schools (Mexico)
Abstract
The present paper tries to analyze the training needs for the principals and vice-principals of the Yucatan State secondary schools (Mexico). For this, it has been made a descriptive and qualitative research through the semi-structured interviews implemented to the owner principals. Some of the most important results, show the problem according to access this type of positions, without knowledge and experience to do it successfully, so there is no a specific training for developing a management function as the use of communicative skills or the conflicts resolution.
