Abstract

 The healthcare industry is witnessing a rapid transformation driven by the adoption of emerging technologies. This research paper presents an integrated framework for operational efficiency development, focusing on the impact of emerging technologies on healthcare quality. We examine how artificial intelligence, telemedicine, and electronic health records (EHRs) reshape healthcare delivery and improve patient outcomes through a comprehensive literature review and descriptive analysis. The findings highlight the potential of these technologies to streamline processes, enhance decision-making, and personalize care. However, the study also identifies challenges, such as data privacy concerns and the need for staff training, that must be addressed to realize these technologies' benefits fully.
