Abstract

Earthquakes are among the most destructive natural disasters, posing a significant threat to life and infrastructure. Ensuring structural safety in seismic-prone regions requires proper analysis, design, and implementation of earthquake-resistant techniques. This study focuses on the comparative seismic analysis and design of a G+6 reinforced concrete (RCC) building in two different seismic zones of India: Zone II (Hyderabad) and Zone III (Vijayawada).
