However, analysis indicates that the prerequisites of Social Awareness and Soft Skills, which the contemporary generation is lacking. Therefore, the role and attention of parents, academicians who have a greater impact on an individual’s emotional health and policy maker’s influence on the same shall be the priority of any institution. Inculcating the Social awareness and Soft Skills will not only benefit individually as a whole it will also aid in the progress of the society.
